Techniques: Joint manipulation, dry needling and soft tissue techniques
Katherine is a graduate from the Masters of Osteopathy at The British School of Osteopathy in London, a university renowned for it’s high standards of undergraduate-patient contact time, instilled to encourage growth of knowledge and experience with a wide variety of injuries, illnesses and dysfunctions. Outside of university she was a helping hand to the West Ham Academy’s football team, for injury prevention.
Katherine works with a broad spectrum of scientifically based methods including joint manipulation, dry needling and soft tissue techniques to maximise the benefits for each patient. She loves to help educate all ages on lifestyle and nutrition tips, to help change your life for the better and maintain this standard.
Like Chiropractic, Osteopathy views you as a whole, not solely zooming in on the area of the injury. It looks at the background of why an injury happened, the stress in your life, what factors are affecting your pain level, and why you may not be recovering.
