Daily Telegraph: Increase in Dog Walking Injuries

With little else to keep us active and sane during lock down, most of us are finding ourselves taking our furry friends on more walks than ever. While this is a great way to pass the time and get our steps up, we’ve seen an increase in dog walking related injuries.

 

Micheal from our Wahronga clinic spoke with Patrick Tadros from the Daily Telegraph, “...since this isn’t a part of their regular routine, we are seeing a rise in the number of injuries occurring because most people’s bodies aren’t conditioned to walking their dogs this often.”
