One of our core values includes volunteering and supporting all community groups and clubs within our local area. We work with a number of clubs including Badminton Australia (International), Little Athletics Australia (Ku Ring Gai, Hornsby, Northern Districts, Zone and Regional at Narrabeen, Nationals and recently IPSHA at Sydney Olympic Park), Pennant Hills AFL juniors, BlueFit Health Club, Hills Basketball and more.
It has been a great success with all clubs and organisations since commencing this program 5 years ago. We were able to diagnose pre-injuries, provide treatment for injuries, and provide preventative care and advice for strengthening and rehabilitation.

One of our core missions is public education. We have put together numerous workshops that aim to educate the public and these have gotten great feedback. Some of these are upper and lower mobility workshops, injury prevention & management presentations that relate to work, sport and other outdoor activities, desk posture seminars.
